    The team of professionals at Generation Care consists of Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Therapists, Counselors and Social Workers. Our volunteers are Master’s level students from USC who are interested in joining the field of palliative care and rotate through our program under the supervision of Dr. Anna. The overall goal is to meet all needs of our patients and their families.

    Services Offered by Generation Care:

    Hospice Care is personalized medical care for the terminally ill. Our team celebrates the final moments of life and strives to make them as comfortable and beautiful as possible. Our focus is on compassionate clinical care addressing medical concerns as well as integrative care addressing mental and emotional wellbeing.

    Palliative Care focuses on symptom management. The palliative care program is available to those who have a chronic condition and are seeking symptom relief while seeking active treatment. Palliative care is not limited to those who have a terminal diagnosis.

    In-Home Caregiving

    Through community partnerships, Generation Care is able to provide resources for professional in-home caregiving. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at an additional cost. In-Home Care allows our loved ones to live in their own home with the assistance of a private care professional. Certain Long term care insurances may cover the cost of in-home care.

    In-Home Caregiving Team

    Our community partners are able to provide caregivers in the home setting. Do you need help for just a few days or weeks? Or want more regular and long-term assistance? Our experienced and kind community caregiving partners will work around your schedule and your individual needs.

    In-Home Caregiving Functions

    Everyone wants to live in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible and Caregiver Services enable elders to age-in-place and embrace their independence. Support and care are provided with tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry & ironing, shopping and errands, nutritious and meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with personal hygiene, incontinence care and much more.

    When To Consider In-Home Caregiving

    In-home caregiving can be considered for those who:

    • Are coping with an illness.
    • Are at risk of accidentally falling.
    • Live with family members who travel or work for long hours.
    • Live alone and need company.
    • Need to stay in bed.

    Concierge In-Home Services

    Through a partnership with Concierge LA, we are able to provide a menu of services to enhance the wellness of our patients. Representing the ultimate in totally personalized medicine, we can coordinate virtually any non-emergent treatment or service in the preferred setting of our clients. Services include but are not limited to; massage therapy, companionship, drivers, light housekeeping, spa services and much more.
